Before you book
Studio policies
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full price applies.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and contactless payments. We confirm the price when you book.
Gift certificates
Valid for at least five years from the date of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.

How often should I book a facial?
Every four to six weeks suits most people. We will suggest a rhythm that fits your skin and your budget.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive about 10 minutes early. In the days before, avoid sunburn, waxing and new exfoliating products, and tell us about any medications or skin conditions.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
If you can, leave your skin bare for the rest of the day. After a peel or dermaplaning, wait at least 24 hours.
Can I have a peel if my skin is sensitive?
Often yes, with the right peel. We always start with a consultation, and we may suggest a gentler treatment if a peel is not right for you.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Choose a treatment or an amount from $50. We can email the certificate or print it for you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call, text or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will find you a new time.
